If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

Shreyas Purkar offers professional digital services including full-stack Web Development, UI/UX & Interaction Design, Visual Branding, Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Professional Photography. Specific project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and costs will be defined in individual project proposals, contracts, or agreements prior to the commencement of work.

Upon full and final payment of all invoices, the client receives exclusive ownership rights to the final custom deliverables (e.g., website source code, logo files, exported designs). Shreyas Purkar retains the intellectual property rights to pre-existing libraries, internal tools, code snippets, and background design frameworks used during development. Unless explicitly stated in a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Shreyas Purkar and Inflyx Creative Studio reserve the right to display completed projects, case studies, wireframes, and design previews in digital portfolios, social media marketing, and professional design competitions.

Standard project workflows require an upfront non-refundable deposit (typically 30% to 50%) before design or coding commences. Remaining balances are billed upon project completion or at agreed-upon project milestones. Each project proposal includes a specific number of structured revision rounds. Requests for substantial design or architectural changes outside the agreed scope of work will be billed at standard hourly rates or via a formal change order.

The successful and timely execution of any project relies on prompt client collaboration. Clients agree to provide required assets (text copy, high-resolution logos, brand credentials, hosting access) and structured feedback within reasonable timeframes. Project delays caused by client inactivity exceeding 30 days may result in schedule adjustments or archiving fees.

All websites and digital solutions are developed using modern best practices, clean code, and rigorous browser testing. However, Shreyas Purkar is not liable for future malfunctions caused by third-party server outages, breaking changes in external APIs, unauthorized client code modifications, or future web browser incompatibilities occurring after final delivery and sign-off. In no event shall Shreyas Purkar or Inflyx Creative Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the delivered digital products.

Either party may terminate a project contract with written notice if the other party breaches material terms. In the event of early termination by the client, Shreyas Purkar shall be compensated for all billable hours, completed milestones, and expenses incurred up to the formal termination date. Upfront deposits remain non-refundable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of these terms or professional services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
